Tempeh soy* 99% (dehulled soybeans* 53% Italian, water, starter culture: Rhizopus oligosporus), sunflower oil*, soy sauce* (water, soybeans* 23%, wheat*, sea salt), extra virgin olive oil*, sea salt. (*= Product from organic farming).
Pan: Remove the packaging film and cook for 6 minutes over medium heat with a small amount of oil, turning halfway through the cooking time.
Oven: Remove the packaging film and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
