Corn starch, cultivated salep 12%, sweetener: steviol glycosides (from the stevia plant) 5%, cinnamon 3%, ginger 0.7%, vanillin, clove, nutmeg.
Now it also contains stevia. The company said they added it to prevent clumping.
Dissolve one teaspoon of salep very well (to prevent clumping) in 150 ml of cold water (about one medium cup), then boil it while stirring until it thickens. If you want the drink to be sweeter, add any sweetener you prefer.
The beverage is ready.
