Heat 120 ml of your baby’s milk to about 50°C. Add 4 tablespoons (15 g) of cereal. Stir well. Let it soak and cool to body temperature (37°C) before serving. For your baby’s health, it is important to follow the preparation instructions. Always prepare fresh food. Do not reuse leftovers and do not heat the porridge in the microwave (risk of burns). Pay attention to a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, and your baby’s oral hygiene as soon as the first tooth appears.
