Organic millet.
Rinse 1 part millet with cold water and cook it in 3 parts water. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Optionally, add finely chopped and sauteed vegetables for extra flavor.
Consume after cooking.
