Durum whole wheat semolina*.

Rinse the cous cous thoroughly. Place 250ml of water in a large saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add 250g of couscous and stir well. Cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Finally, stir with a fork to separate the grains and your couscous is ready to serve.
Consume after cooking.
