Anchovy fillets (60.71%) (Engraulis encrasicolus), fishing method: purse seine, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, hot chili pepper (2%) (acidity regulator: citric acid E330), garlic, mixed peppers, sweet paprika.
Accompany it with olive oil and lemon for a lighter taste or with balsamic vinegar. Ideal meze for ouzo and tsipouro, while it can elevate the flavour of salads or pasta.
