Dehulled oat groats*. (*= Product of organic farming).
Rinse the oats thoroughly with cold water. Add 1 part oats to 2 parts water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until the water is absorbed and the oats are tender.
Consume after cooking.
