For soups, sauces, creams, and puddings:
Dissolve 15–40 g of corn starch in a cold liquid. Once fully dissolved, add it to the food/dessert and bring to a boil.
For cakes:
Replace 1/3 or 1/2 of the flour with Bio Vegan corn starch, and the cake will become light and fluffy.
For 500ml liquid: Soups/sauces: 15-20g - Filling: 25-30g - For puddings: 30-35g
1 teaspoon = approx 10g
1 tablespoon = approx 20g
1. Add the desired amount to a small amount of cold water and mix until fully blended.
2. Stir it into the remaining boiling liquid and let it cook for about 1 minute, continuing to stir.
