For 580g of mashed potatoes: 1. Fill a pot with 4L of water. Add 125ml of milk and bring to a boil. 2. Remove the pot from the heat and add another 125ml of milk and the contents of the bag (80g) to the mixture. If desired, you can add a little butter. 3. After 1 minute, stir the mixture well with a whisk until it becomes smooth and creamy. If you like, you can use the entire contents of the box or just a portion of it.
