Corn semolina*. (*= Product of organic farming).
Stir 250g corn semolina (polenta) in 1 liter of boiling water. Cook at low heat for 5-10 minutes, while stirring. Remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Serve as side dish or spread out on a baking tray, wait until cold, cut into pieces and fry in oil.
Consume after cooking.
