Dough: Blend of gluten-free flours* (whole grain rice*, potato starch*, corn starch*, whole grain millet flour*, thickener, guar gum*), water, sunflower oil*, extra virgin olive oil*, raw sugar*, sea salt, yeast*.
Topping: Tomato sauce* 24% (tomato*, water, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil*, basil*), lactose-free mozzarella* 18% (lactose-free milk*, microbial rennet).

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Remove the packaging and place the frozen pizza directly on the oven rack in the center. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a conventional oven (8-10 minutes in a fan-assisted oven).
