Organic buckwheat.
Rinse the buckwheat with cold water, then cook it in a ration 1:2 (1 part buckwheat to 2 parts water), for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until tender.
Consume after cooking.
