Whole oat flakes*. (*= Product of organic farming).
Oat flakes are ideal as breakfast cereal, for porridge, cookies, and cakes, or as a decorative topping in baked goods.
For hot porridge: Boil 150ml of water or milk, add 50g of oats, and cook for 3 minutes. Cover and let stand for an additional 3 minutes.
Without cooking: Pour 130ml of boiling water or milk over 50g of oats, cover, and let stand for 6 minutes.
No added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
