Carrots*, cauliflower*, leek*, mushrooms*, mung bean sprouts* (10%), onion*, green beans*, red bell pepper*, green bell pepper*. (*= Product of organic farming).
In a pan: Preheat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the desired amount of the vegetable mix. Fry for 6–8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
In a wok: Preheat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok. Add the vegetables and cook over high heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring continuously until the vegetables become tender. Add lemon juice.
