Rinse 1 part millet with cold water and place it in 3 parts water to cook. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Optionally, you can finely chop and saute vegetables such as a carrot, half an onion, and two cloves of garlic and mix them with the cooked millet for extra flavor.
Consume after cooking.
