Spelt wheat flour** (83%), wholegrain spelt wheat semolina (11%), sunflower oil*, yeast*, vitamin B1 (in accordance with regulations). (* = Product of organic farming, ** = Demeter – product of biodynamic farming)
Rusk and milk porridge: Break 3 rusks into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Boil 120 ml of whole milk and 60 ml of water, then pour over the rusks. Allow the mixture to swell slightly, then chop finely. Stir and let it cool to serving temperature (37 °C). Important! Never let your baby chew unsupervised and do not give rusks while the baby is lying down. Follow the preparation instructions exactly. Always prepare fresh food, do not reuse leftovers, and do not heat the porridge in a microwave (risk of overheating). Ensure a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, and thorough oral care from the appearance of the first tooth.
