Green soy beans*. (*= Product from organic farming).
In a pot, without a lid: Place the frozen product into a pot of boiling water, add a little salt, and boil for 3–4 minutes, tasting as you go if desired. Drain and season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
In a pan or wok: Fry the product while still frozen (with the skin intact) for a few minutes with a little vegetable oil. Add lemon and salt.
The hull is not edible, only the beans inside are. It is not recommended as a main dish.
