You can use cooked amaranth in bread, salads, or soups.
Rinse 1 part amaranth seeds thoroughly. Add them to 3 parts water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Consume after cooking.
